Join the Happy Feet club of Naperville to get in shape and meet friends

The Happy Feet Walker’s Club was founded by friends for friends. Their mission is to give the members support toward developing and maintaining daily physical activity in a fun way while developing the friendship factor. Walking is a form of physical activity that does not require any special accessories or any specific fitness level. Walking outdoors has many benefits including reducing stress and improving flexibility. They will inform you, involve you, and present you with challenges to stay motivated to keep moving by finding new and interesting walking routes. Women with busy lives sometimes forget to care for themselves. They want to encourage women to care for themselves and improve self-esteem in leading long and healthy lives.
Get on your feet, be happy .
