Best Diet Plan requires Freezer,Microwave and Willpower !(Jenny Craig)

Jenny Craig has topped the rankings of popular commercial diet programs in a Consumer Reports Health evaluation that assessed effectiveness, safety, and long-term sustainability across major weight loss brands.
The evaluation examined programs ranging from Weight Watchers and Nutrisystem to South Beach and the Biggest Loser Club. Jenny Craig came out ahead on the measure that matters most to most dieters: actual weight loss results, as documented in clinical research.
The program's approach is built around pre-packaged meals — the freezer and microwave reference in its promotional materials is not ironic but practical. Participants eat Jenny Craig-prepared foods for most meals, with consultants providing support and gradually introducing skills for independent meal planning as weight loss progresses. The structure removes decision fatigue, which research consistently identifies as a significant obstacle to dietary change, and the portion control is built in rather than requiring constant self-monitoring.
The willpower requirement, which the brand is refreshingly honest about, is real. The pre-packaged model works well for people who can sustain the discipline to stick to prescribed meals in social environments where other food is available, and for whom the cost — the program is not cheap — is not prohibitive. Both conditions rule out a significant proportion of potential users.
Consumer Reports noted that Jenny Craig's results in clinical trials, while genuine, were most pronounced in the short term, and that long-term maintenance remained the central challenge across all commercial diet programs. The honest conclusion from the available evidence is that no commercial diet program has solved the maintenance problem — but for short-to-medium-term loss, Jenny Craig's structure and support system give it a real advantage over less structured alternatives.
